    1. Description of strut channel roll forming machine

    The strut is usually formed from the metal sheet, folded over into an open channel shape with inward-curving lips to provide additional stiffness and as a location to mount interconnecting components. Strut usually has holes of some sort in the base, to facilitate interconnection or fastening strut to underlying building structures.
    The main advantage of strut channel in construction is that there are many options available for rapidly and easily connecting lengths together and other items to the strut channel, using various specialized strut-specific fasteners and bolts.

    4Main Roll Forming System

    Feature: Ensure stability, precision and lifetime.
    Usage: In order to keep the product shape and precision, adopts welded sheet structure, motor reducer drive, gear transmission( the first and the last roller, the down roller should be attached with the upper one with the gear drive.), roller surfaces polishing, hard plating , heat treatment and galvanization treatment . The polished surface and the heat treatment towards the molds also can keep the molding plate surface smooth and not easy to be marked when it is being stamped.

    5Shearing Mechanism

    It adopts the hydraulic drive and automatic location to decide the dimension and cut the target products.

    Electric Control System

    Feature:

    Equipped with the movable switch, air brake, radiator, transformer & electric leakage protector for operator convenience and safety.

    One counter gauges length, pulses, and decides length.

    4. Installation service

    a. After the machine arrives at the destination, the seller will send the technician to the buyer’s factory to install the machine if the buyer wants. The buyer needs to provide some technicians to assist in the installation work.

    b. Installation period is around 5 days. The buyer should have been prepared for the steel sheet, foundation position the machine before seller’s technician's departure.

    c. The buyer should arrange the accommodation, food, and traffic in the destination

    d. Training period: 2 days. (we can supply training on the operation spot if buyer needs)

    e. Within 3 months after the arrival of the goods at the port of destination, if there is no installment requirement from the Buyers, the goods should be counted as up to standard. Inspection standard is based on the technical standard signed by both parties and our company standard.
